Successful cybersecurity app deployment in North America by leveraging discovery & evaluative research.

Overview

As part of their strategic planning, LookoutLife conceptualized a cutting-edge cybersecurity native mobile app for the North American (NAMER) market. This app was meticulously designed by leveraging user preferences, market opportunities, and insights courtesy of their former UX Research Lead (from the former parent company).  In response to these events, LookoutLife sought a new Research Lead to establish research practices, and scope new evaluative studies.  That’s where I come in.  This role was crucial for validating the app concept before its build and deployment, ensuring the final product would meet market and user expectations effectively.
